What is Teppanyaki cuisine?
This is a style of cooking developed in Japan where an iron hotplate is used to prepare food. Meat, fish, vegetables, pancakes and many other delicious dishes can be prepared on the hotplate. It's kind of like a mix of indoor barbecue and frying in a pan.
